In ten years Spice has grown from a small, local shopping mall to one of the two biggest shopping centres in Riga. Furthermore, it has become a complex with two centres. The Shopping Centre Spice with its total space of 77,000 square metres and the specialized Domestic Goods Centre Spice Home with the total space of 30,000 square metres together form one of the biggest commercial areas in Latvia.

Currently there are more than 150 shops, services and catering facilities in Spice. RIMI hypermarket provides the widest range of food commodities. A large car park for 1991 vehicles is located within the complex: 1291 open parking spaces and 700 parking spaces in Spice multi-storey parking garage.

Spice motto is World to the Family; therefore Spice is offering the biggest choice of children`s goods in Riga, for example, such shops as Mothercare, Premaman, Polarn O. Pyret, Chipollino, etc. Spice is also the only shopping centre in Latvia that has Lido catering complex and Kids Playtown with the area of more than 4000 square metres.Spice is home to the best cafés and restaurants in Riga, for example, Gan Bei, McDonald’s, Costa Coffee, etc.

There is no doubt – shops are one of the most essential indicators of uniqueness and success  stories; we have attracted popular fashion operators such as ZARA, Pull&Bear, Bershka, NewYorker, Lindex, Promod, Guess, Timberland, Puma and many others. There is a special Fashion Alley created for the joy of fashion gourmands. Spice is paying a lot of attention to attracting new mono brands to the complex – some shops are the first or the only representatives of certain brands in Latvia, for example, Jones, Brax, Sandro Ferrone, Oasis.
